Charles G. Crooks

Charles G. Crooks was born in Scott County, Kentucky, and graduated from Central University (Richmond, Ky.) in 1884. He attended Union Theological Seminary from 1884 until 1886, and earned an MA at Central University in 1890. He was a professor of mathematics at Central University from 1896 to 1901, and professor of mathematics at Centre from 1901 until his retirement in 1928. From 1923 until retirement Crooks served as Dean of the College. Crooks died September 28, 1931.
