Article 1

No member shall be allowed more than two speeches on any question.

Article 2

No speaker shall be interrupted while speaking.

Article 3

No member shall leave the room during the course of the debate without the permission of the President, or remain out longer than five minutes at a time.

Article 4

Any member who is absent when called on to speak shall forfeit his speech.

Article 5

If any member shall absent himself from the Society for three meetings in succession, he shall be arraigned before the Society for non-attendance, and unless he present an excuse which shall be deemed valid by the officers, shall be expelled from the Society.

Article 6

Any fine imposed upon members of this Society, if not paid to the Censor morum by the next meeting, shall be doubled, and if not paid then shall be trebled, and if not then paid said member shall be expelled.
