The walls shall be 64 feet in the clear in length by 45 in the clear in breadth elevated upon a foundation of stone two feet at least below the surface of the ground & two feet above the highest part of the surface, the foundation above ground to be ranged work to be 2 1/2 feet thick at the base & two feet at the top - the walls to be 2 brick thick in the first story and a brick & half the balance one side to have a pediment wall projecting half brick, all the partition walls to be one & half brick thick in 1st story and one brick the second. To have 10 square Venetian openings with arches turned in the wall above each. The large room to have 2 girders each supported by a column. A double staircase in the passage - in one end a semicircle of the width of the Venetian opening. The roof to be a principal roof & pediment in front. The door to be of the Venetian kind with lights above - in the pediment roof a place to be prepared to hang a bell.

The first story 13 feet in the clear 2nd 12 in the clear. The 1 & 2 floor to be 1 1/2 oak plank garret poplar. Sleepers and joists to be 14 inches in depth of oak not more than 2 feet apart. The plank of floor not to exceed 7 inches in width - good & sufficiently strong timbers in the roof with yellow poplar shingles in garret story. A bulls eye in each end. In the larger room 2 sets of seats or benches with [illegible word] in front & a small pulpit or raised seat. The windows & doors to have stone sills & cedar frames - 2 mantle pieces to rist [sic] on stone pedestals in the larger room - a plain neat cornice. The outside brick to be [ in Kentucky sand, all the brick to be laid in lime & sand from the mouth of Clarks Run - passage floor in first story to be of brick. Chimney places not less than 3 1/2 feet & hearth at least 3 feet broad with cast iron back in each fireplace. One room in the 2nd story shelved for a library. The whole to have 2 coats of plastering, the last of lime. The glass in openings to be

10 by 12 - 24 lights in the largest sash of the Venetian openings - side sashes 2 lights broad. Plain stone steps with scrappers at each outside door. Outside painting with 3 coats , inside of such plain color as may be directed of 2 coats. Good & sufficient locks & hinges to all the doors. Staircase to be of oak plank with plain, strong banisters.
