C. [Centre] College Apl. 20th [April 20] 1830
This day the Faculty convened, and the case of Charles Bedford was considered. It then appeared that Mr. Bedford had left the Refectory and taken boarding elsewhere, without the permission or knowledge of the Faculty. Further, that he was well aware that he was violating the law of College. Mr. Bedford positively refuses to return. Therefore Resolved by the Faculty that he be recommended to the Board of Trustees for dismission, and suspended from privileges of College until their decision be obtained.
