Caldwell Female College Board of Trustees Minutes (1897)

Board of Trustees of Caldwell College met in 2nd Presbyterian Church. Present - Wiseman, Nelson, Rodes, Lawwill, Craig, Harbernan, Wallace, Robert T. Quisenberry and John A. Cheek.
Mr. W.A. Clark of the Clark-Wilcox Co. was present and offered to enter into a contract for a heating plant for the Main Building as per a written proposition for the sum of $795.
On motion the proposition was accepted and the Secretary of the Board was authorized to sign the contract.
