Dear Bro. [Brother]

Several years ago we established the Theta Chapter of Α.Κ.Φ. [Alpha Kappa Phi] here the law prohibiting secret societies was then extinct in a dead letter. But this year they inform us that the Trustees require all societies to submit their constitutions and By-Laws with inspections of the Faculty. We have a fine chapter here and can do well. We write to headquarters
