This estimate of College fees has been made according to a resolution of the Board [January 24, 1823], i.e. for the first three months the fees were according to the rates fixed, in Jan. [January] last, but for

the remainder of the Session according to the rates, agreed upon by the Board in February [February 15, 1822] last.

I have not thought necessary to charge young Mr. Phillips as he has been here only a very few days.
