Faculty met at the close of services held in connection with services in relation to the Day of Prayer for Colleges, and was opened with prayer by Dr. McKee. A resolution was passed unanimously, tendering the thanks of the Faculty to Dr. L. S. McMurtry for his able and instructive course of lectures on Anatomy, Physiology, and Hygiene delivered to the Sophomore and Senior class during the time just closed.

Faculty met, with all present but Dr. McKee. Opened with prayer by Prof. Fales.
The following students were nominated for twenty-second speakers in the Chamberlain society: Messrs. Jno. Allen, Briggs, Mathews, Caldwell, Tebbitts, and Williams; in the Deinologian society: Messrs. Archibald, Farrand, Grossman, Hubbard, Randolph, and Webb.
In view of the good order prevailing in the College and the absence of all excitement in connection with the approaching elections, no nominations were made for June speakers. It is distinctly understood this omission to nominate is not to be construed into a precedent.

Faculty had a full meeting and was opened with prayer by the Secretary. It was ordered that Grossman be informed that he must not take part in the performance to be given by the Dramatic Club in James Hall. It was furthermore ordered that the President state to the students that hereafter no one of their number shall participate in dramatic exhibitions. Prof. Fales was directed to contract for printing 1000 catalogues at a cost not exceeding $2 a page. Adjourned.

Faculty held its usual meeting, all the members being present. The record for scholarship of Bourne, Crawford, and Sandidge from their entrance into College was examined, and their average having been found so nearly identical, it was unanimously resolved that the honors be divided equally among them, and that the valedictorian and salutatorian shall be determined by lot.
A petition was received from some members of the Senior class who failed on examination asking the Faculty to excuse them from certain requirements made of them by Prof. Redd. They were directed to go back to Prof. Redd for a settlement of the question. Adjourned.

Faculty held a meeting with all present. Opened with prayer by Dr. McKee. The question of advertising the college in the minutes of the Kentucky Sunday School Association was left to the discretion of the Secretary. The President was directed to request Mr. W. C. Grinstead to submit to the Faculty a written report of his acts while traveling as advertising agent for the college. The Secretary was directed to record that Broadus has completed German, according to his statement. It was resolved that the regular meetings of the Faculty be held on the lst and 3rd Fridays of each month at 4 p.m. Adjourned.

Faculty held a meeting with all present. Opened with prayer by the Secretary. A letter from the Commission of Education was read, asking whether Centre College wished to make an exhibit at the New Orleans Exposition. Answered in the negative. Prof. Grinstead appeared and gave a detailed statement of his work during the summer while canvassing in the interest of the College. It was ordered that he be paid $50 additional, making $150 in all. Adjourned.
