Faculty met. The following resolutions in behalf of Prof. Berry.
Resolved that in view of Mr. Walter D. Berry's retirement from the part of Physical Director of the College to prosecute his professional studies, we the Faculty of Centre College desire to record our sense of his worthiness of character as a Christian gentleman, the value of his high moral influence and example in the association of students life, and the eminent service he has rendered the course of Athletics in Centre College and in the State of Kentucky.
Resolved further that we desire to tender Mr. Berry our [illegible word] good wishes in his professional career and that in testimonial thanks we present him with certified copy of these resolutions.

Faculty decided to give Thursday and Friday of the present week as holidays.
The question of breaking the lockers of the gymnasium was considered. Prof. Flattery was present. Statements from Frank, J. Yeager and W. Goodloe. Decided by the Faculty that Yeager was to repair all injury done the gymnasium and suspended till the 2nd term.

Faculty met with Dr. Young. Jarvis and Faulconer put into the Sophomore English and give up Mental Philosophy.
Moved that all students who have not spoken before Dr. McKee, shall speak at the time appointed by Dr. McKee, else they will be at once dismissed from the College. Schedule for order of the examinations to be made.
