Board of Trustees of Caldwell College met at 2nd Presbyterian Church. Present - Wiseman, Beatty, Nelson, Jacobs, Argo, Walton, Fry, Bosley, Shelton, Rodes, Johnstone, Wallace, Craig, Quisenberry & Cheek.
On motion Mr. Gavin E. Wiseman was elected President of this Board in place of George W. Welsh, Jr. deceased. Messrs. Wiseman, Quisenberry & Cheek were appointed to audit Miss Campbell's accounts and report to this Board the balance due from her and rent account. Messrs. Bosley & Rodes were appointed to see about the division fence between the College and Mr. Goodwins. On motion the Board adjourned.
