Board of Trustees of Caldwell College met in Second Presbyterian Church. Present John A. Quisenberry, M.J. Farris, George W. Welsh, John C. Acheson, Robert T. Quisenberry, George E. Wiseman, Samuel R. Cheek, N.K. Tunis, J.H. Letcher, and John A. Cheek. Meeting was opened with prayer by Mr. John C. Acheson.
Minutes of April 2nd 1908, June 2nd 1908, June 2nd 1909 and September 13, 1909 were read and approved as recorded.
On recommendation of the Faculty the following degrees and diplomas were conferred, viz

The Synod of Kentucky was invited to visit Caldwell College during its annual session in Harrodsburg in October 1910.
The contract with John C. Acheson was renewed for year from July 1, 1910, to July 1, 1911.
The Board agreed to meet on Wednesday at 10 o'clock A.M. and attend the commencement in a body, and then adjourned.
